Thanks, simanek. I'll have to try that. Lately, I've been using Cyberduck for FTP. It's free and works pretty well. I open text files from it directly for web work, and work on them in SubEthaEdit, which is a great text editor, and is free for non-commercial use ($35 for a commercial license).

Unfortunately, I think Firefox has made about all the gain it can make. The surge in market share is due to tech savvy people and early adopters using the product. Until it goes mainstream, IE will remain dominant.

That being said, I have been using Firefox on both my PC and my Mac for months…
