OMFG I Wrote a Book!
Design for Hackers: Reverse-Engineering Beauty (Wiley & Sons, September 2011) will help you see like a designer does.
Sign up for updates now »Pornstar “pamela” puts up for auction a chance to make a movie with her. I’ve wondered what separates pornography production from prostitution, and this blurs that line even more. Last I checked, 3 hours of production time was going for nearly 7 million dollars.
In case you were wondering, I found the auction through the Yahoo! EBAY Investor Message Board. Their stock really took a hit not too long ago. It may be time for me to jump in.
On a related note, recently, fellow Omahan Andrew Fischer sold advertising space on his forehead on eBay. He got about $37,000.
[UPDATE] Only two hours after posting this, I have been informed that the auction has been taken down. After some consideration, this post will remain.

Your blog is excellent. You are by far the best blogger in the whole blogging world. I did notice one typo, however. Please omit the comma in the following phrase: “The blog of design and web design geek, David Kadavy.” You would need a comma if the phrase read “The blog of a design and web design geek, David Kadavy,” because “David Kadavy” is parenthetical there, not necessary for the entire phrase to make sense. This is not the case, though, with “The blog of design and web design geek….” It makes no sense without what follows (i.e., “David Kadavy”) and thus is actually more like a title (Prime Minister Tony Blair) than it is like parenthetical information (the prime minister, Tony Blair). Thank you.

Yeah, jeez David, all those books you read and you don’t even know proper usage of punctuation? Mr/Ms Up, you get the gold star for this week. Stellar proofreading! You bet.
