		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. Goals are just temporary focusing mechanisms, to keep you moving in the right general direction. Without at least a vague objective, you might be vulnerable to unsavory opportunities, e.g., becoming a spinecracker for the Cosa Nostra. But goals have to be flexible. You have to let them know who&#039;s in charge.</description>
