I MUST have known that May 4 is your birthday because it is also my MUCH OLDER sister's birthday (she was 70 yesterday; you were, what, 22?).

SOCIALIZE by COOKING something? Wasn't that "Use Your Senses"? Don't confuse an old person, David. And you can't be too careful about the advice you give to A.D.D. individuals re "dense" subjects. I've spent the past month obsessing about nationalism in 19th-century eastern Europe and how it contributed to the unification of Germany from 30-plus principalities, bishoprics, duchies, etc., to a scary nation-state, and what all this has to do with starting World War I AND World War II, because historians say they were one big war with Recess (and the Great Depression) in the middle, when I SHOULD have been obsessing about how to pay my rent (since I got booted from the church basement). So are you going to do a piece on "guerrilla creativity"? Because I'm five days late.
