Love your diagram. I still haven't been able to figure out how to send promotional e-mails without offending or intruding. I recently e-mailed more than 100 Central High alums (in groups of 20) to buy $10 raffle tickets for the Central High Foundation. Great prizes, diamonds and a Wii (just found out what that is) and a neat painting of Central, etc., etc., and these people are my FRIENDS, and I said they could send me a check or pay via PayPal on my Website, and I got TWO responses for a total of FOUR tickets.
